Some things to remember whilst having or booking an Aromatherapy Treatment

• Aromatherapy massage typically carries few risks. However, sensitivity to essential oils is a potential concern. Massage therapists should dilute essential oils with a carrier oil or lotion before application to the skin.

  Symptoms of an allergic reaction to essential oils may include rash, hives, redness, swelling, and itchiness. Choose whether you prefer the oil diffused or directly applied to your skin during the massage. Avoid oils you're sensitive to, opting for alternatives instead.

  It's advisable not to eat a full meal before your massage to prevent discomfort. Hydrate before and after your session, and consider a light snack. Post-massage, a warm shower can help wash off residual oils.
