Reiki courses are educational sessions where individuals learn about Reiki, a form of energy healing. Participants can expect to be taught by Reiki Master/Teachers through a tradition passed on from master to student. The courses typically involves a process of initiation or attunement to Reiki energy, enabling students to treat themselves and others for healing, personal development, and spiritual growth.
We offer both day courses in a group or one on one individual reiki courses
I am a Master reiki Practitioner i received my Attunements from Peter Scott ( Reiki Master & teacher) through the school of Usui Shiki Ryoho in 2002 (1st and 2nd Attunements) and 2005 (Master Attunement) respectively
Peter trained with 4 reiki masters 3 English and one French, and he was lucky enough to receive an attunement from a Japanese Reiki Master
Reiki is always accredited through the lineage of the reiki Master and should be able to be traced back to Dr Mikao Usui

One on one individual Reiki courses
These courses are primarily conducted through distance learning.
Students have the flexibility to learn at their own pace from home while accessing various resources.
All books, worksheets, and necessary materials for learning will be sent to you via email.
The Reiki master will check in with you weekly until both you and the master, agree that you are ready for your Attunements. These will be carried out in person, as will any practical sessions, and the instructor will be accessible via video or telephone to assist you with any queries you may have during your studies.
There Are 3 Usui Reiki Levels
Reiki Level 1 [SHODEN] – beginner teachings;
Reiki Level 2 [OKUDEN] – hidden inner teachings;
Reiki Level 3 [SHINPIDEN] – mystery teachings;
Reiki was "received" from a higher plane of existence by Mikao Usui, a Buddhist priest from the early 20th century. Despite this origin, one does not need to be religious to benefit from Reiki.
The universal energy that Reiki channels is omnipresent, intertwining the spiritual and physical realms that constitute our existence. Consequently, Reiki is suitable for individuals of any belief system.
During attunement, you connect with a higher vibrational level, which is why it's advisable to advance one level at a time. You may experience dizziness, yawning, or fatigue. Some individuals may cry, while others might feel nauseous. These symptoms usually manifest in mild forms, although they can occasionally be more intense.
During the attunement process, the Reiki Master/Teacher serves as a conduit to open your energy pathways and enhance the flow of universal energy. For a fulfilling experience, it's crucial to choose a Reiki Master/Teacher with whom you feel a strong connection. This ensures a positive and comfortable exchange of energy.
I always advocate for in-person Attunements. The process of opening energy pathways and centres is delicate, and in my opinion, it is more effectively done face-to-face. However, distance Attunements are also valid. If you're unable to locate a local Reiki Master, or circumstances prevent it, online alternatives are available.
It's important to select someone reputable who can provide appropriate support and guidance.
On a Reiki course, you can expect to learn about the history and principles of Reiki, receive training in relaxation techniques, practice chakra balancing exercises, and participate in hands-on practice sessions. You will also be guided through meditation practices, learn self-healing strategies, and understand the universal life force. Additionally, professional certification and mindful living principles will be part of the curriculum.
Receiving a Reiki attunement is considered a sacred and transformative event that assists individuals in tapping into their spiritual energy for healing and equilibrium. The attunement procedure entails a qualified Reiki master transferring Reiki energy to a student, which empowers the student to channel this potent healing energy.
The initial stage of Reiki attunement concentrates on self-healing and grasping the basics of Reiki techniques. In this phase, practitioners undergo an attunement that activates their channels to allow the flow of Reiki energy. They learn the fundamental hand placements for self-treatment and for assisting others.

Reiki 1st degree Shoden
In Reiki level 1, the use of symbols or complex techniques is not required; a clear intention and the use of hands are sufficient. Despite its simplicity, it is a potent practice that enables one to connect with and direct universal life force energy as needed. Many practitioners choose to adhere to this method throughout their lives, reaping substantial benefits.
Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-work and establishing a connection with the universal life force energy. It involves exploring the various vibrational stages experienced by your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
Through meditation, you begin to understand yourself more deeply and realize that you serve as a conduit for the universal life force energy to flow and manifest. This energy purifies you, clearing away blockages, repressed emotions, anxiety, fear, and depression, leading you towards an elevated state of awareness and consciousness.
Such heightened awareness brings to light the imbalances needing healing, thereby expanding and gradually enhancing your perception of the world, fostering greater flexibility and tolerance.
Reiki 2nd degree Okuden
At the first degree, the focus is on engaging with oneself from a physical standpoint, whereas Reiki level 2 shifts the focus to the mental and emotional aspects. This transition allows for the gradual access to elevated vibrational levels, leading to a stronger energy flow. Consequently, there is a sharpening of awareness and an improvement in mental and emotional well-being.
With continued practice and enhancement, it's more probable that certain imbalances will emerge. Although they may occasionally seem overwhelming, they manifest only when one is prepared to address and heal the underlying cause. Thus, one should anticipate these occurrences and embrace them as opportunities for growth.
Reiki Level 2 imparts the understanding that there is no separation of space, past, or future; only the present moment exists and is of significance. This level includes:
The heightened awareness and vibration accompanying the Level 2 attunement;
- The sacred Reiki symbols;
The power symbol, the mental-emotional healing symbol, the distance symbol, and two additional non-traditional symbols for enhancing communication and heart healing;
Additionally, it teaches the application of these symbols for energizing and purifying oneself and others, sending light across distances, through time and space, purifying spaces, and creating Reiki projects.
Reiki Level 2 focuses on the mental and emotional aspects. The attunement introduces higher vibrational energies that aid in revealing any imbalances carried within, a vital process for addressing and healing the underlying causes of these issues.
Reiki Level 3 – SHINPIDEN
Reiki Level 3, often referred to as the "mystery teachings" or the Master Level, marks a significant increase in a practitioner's ability to channel energy through connection to higher vibrational levels. This advancement carries with it a greater responsibility, as practitioners are expected to utilize their newly gained knowledge to assist others.
The teachings and duties of a Reiki Master include gaining access to the Master symbol and internalizing the knowledge associated with the Master symbol.
Reiki Level 3 serves as a gateway to spiritual awakening and a deeper union with the universal life force energy.
Some practitioners are eager to share their expertise through attunements, while others aim to enhance their own practice and experience. Consequently, Reiki Level 3 is divided into two primary segments:
The first type of attunement grants access to the energy and insights of Level 3;
The second type empowers the student to conduct attunements themselves;
Reiki Level 3 marks the commencement of a potential spiritual journey that resides within you. Naturally, it is you who must cultivate this talent and bring its benefits into the material world.
A Reiki Master is responsible for the following:
Introducing light in the presence of darkness and fostering love in the face of hatred;
Disseminating truth and knowledge to the best of their ability;
Steering individuals onto the correct path while respecting their unique pace;

1st degree reiki attunement 2 day Course

The Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner Workshop is designed for individuals who have completed Usui Reiki Level 1 and are prepared to advance to the next stage of their transformative journey with Divine Energy (Reiki).
On the day....
*Students will explore how to apply Reiki principles in daily life and understand their significance at Level 2.
* Learn deeper techniques for visualised meditation
*They will receive a Second Level Attunement, which permits a more intense influx of light into their system.
*Students will learn about and receive the three sacred geometry symbols, which serve as visual tools to enhance the Reiki energy they have learned to channel and harness.
*Students will explore different techniques of distance healing and their applications.

*Students will also be taught how to utilize a pendulum for personal guidance and to scan or dowse a client's body for potential blockages before a Reiki treatment.

Our courses are typically conducted over a weekend in a hotel setting, which allows students the option to stay overnight if they choose.

Course Policies

Admission Requirements: Participants must be over the age of 18. No qualifications are necessary for the first degree, but completion of the first degree is required to attend the second degree course.

Attendance and Participation: To participate in the course, you will need to complete worksheets and other reading materials, which we will provide once we receive your deposit. It is expected that you finish this preparatory work before the workshop begins. During this period, you are welcome to communicate with the teacher at any time. The workshop spans two days, and your attendance is required on both days. The online work can be completed over a two-month period leading up to the workshop. Please note that if you fail to attend the two-day workshop, the Attunements cannot occur, and you will not receive your certificate. (If you are enrolled in the one-on-one personal course, you will be expected to receive your Attunements in person at a location agreed upon before the course begins.)

Code of Conduct: When attending the workshop, participants are expected to respect fellow attendees and the tutor. Punctuality is important, and adherence to the course schedule is required.

Confidentiality: All information, whether personal or otherwise, received by Daisy Mae adheres to the Data Protection Act and is held in complete confidence. If anything is shared at the workshop by other attendees, we expect that you will hold this information in confidence, just as they will with yours.

Assessment and Grading: Your performance will be assessed through practical evaluations, encompassing pre-workshop tasks, a group discussion, and tutor-reviewed questions. Assessments will cover hand placement in Reiki sessions, centering and grounding techniques before treatment, an understanding of the Reiki principles and teachings, as well as aura reading and chakra balancing. These components will be evaluated on the workshop day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once your deposit is received, you will receive the course workbooks, worksheets, and necessary materials for learning via email. Full payment for the course is required one week prior to the workshop dates. If you cancel before paying the full amount, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel after the full payment has been received, you will receive 50% of the payment back, or you can opt to defer to a new date.
